SRACC holds ribbon cutting ceremony for Whimsical Dreams & Designs in Glass:

The Spring River Area Chamber of Commerce had a blue ribbon welcome on Friday, July 22 for Whimsical Dreams & Designs in Glass. They are located at 213 E. Main St., Ste B, Hardy. Owners are Marlene Miller and Shirley Rice. Phone numbers are 501-412-4847 or 870-847-6123. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday; by appointment Sunday and Monday. They have hand crafts including stained glass, woven baskets, t-shirts, signs and tiles. Custom orders welcome.
